It seems like OnePlus made an error in the listing of the OnePlus 12R, mistakenly stating that it features UFS 4.0 storage instead of the intended UFS 3.1. As a result, customers who purchased the 256GB storage variant of the OnePlus 12R are eligible for a full refund until March 16. OnePlus President and COO Kinder Liu clarified this and ensured that customer service teams are aware of the situation.
The OnePlus 12R, launched alongside the flagship OnePlus 12, boasts impressive specs including a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. It features a 6.78-inch LTPO 4.0 AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The phone runs on Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 out-of-the-box.
In terms of photography, the OnePlus 12R comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It also sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC charging support.
